Vine-training : Mechanical work of the soil to avoid the use of weeds. We are on organic wine since 1997 because the respect of the environment.

Harvest : After controlling the maturity, the mechanical harvest allows us to pick up the grapes quickly, at optimum maturity.

Wine-making : Traditional. The grape comes to the cellar where it is stemmed and crushed, then it goes directly in the press. The juice remains 12 hours in the tank with the grapes. The clear juice is put in a tank where it will begin and finish its fermentation with its own natural yeasts.

Maturing : in cement tank
